We will conduct a comprehensive assessment considering:

  • We will conduct a comprehensive assessment considering weight history, medical history, menstrual cycle health, medications, supplements, dietary intake, biochemistry, and lifestyle factors. A personal tailored meal and supplement plan will be provided.

  • Please discuss with your GP regarding your eligibility. A referral letter and additional paperwork are required.

  • Please check with your private health fund provider to check your eligibility and the level of coverage before making an appointment. An invoice will be issued for you to submit the claim after each consultation.

  • You don’t need a referral letter. However, we prefer to have a copy of your recent blood test reports from your doctor.

    You need a referral from your GP for chronic disease management for a Medicare rebate.

  • We will review blood test results and execute a plan for further testing where required. Using all this information our expert fertility and prenatal dietitian will formulate a science-based treatment plan and provide you with all the resources, knowledge, and support that you need to help you reach your goals.
