If you have more than three months, it’s best to start now. A new good quality egg requires 3 months to get matured. Often there are micronutrient levels to be fixed or gut issues to be identified, the more time you have, the better.
If you have less than three months, there is no need to worry. There are so many foundations we can set, and it doesn’t stop with a positive pregnancy test. The work continues during pregnancy, nursing and beyond. Let’s chat about your timeline and put together the best plan for you.

You can take simple steps to give your little one the best start in life, even before they're conceived! Taking care of yourself for 3 months prior to conception is key – it will ensure excellent egg/sperm quality and reduce health risks during pregnancy.
This 12-week coaching program is suitable for anyone trying to conceive, with or without health conditions, and prior to or during IVF treatments. With consultations fortnightly, we get heaps better results in helping people with behaviour change and knowledge levels.

The program fee is AUD 749 (worth AUD 1029), and a payment plan is available with half initial payment and half payment due in 1 month.

This is a one-on-one nutrition coaching program (not just a self-paced learning online program). Dietitian Vivienne Wang will be supporting you every step of the way. You’ll be given the step-by-step guide and customised meal plan so you can implement what you’ve learned into taking action.

There is no guarantee, but research has shown that following specific eating patterns and lifestyle changes can help optimise female fertility and improve the IVF success rate. Here’s the link to a recent research study.

Please discuss with your GP regarding your eligibility. A referral letter and additional paperwork are required.

Please check with your private health fund provider to check your eligibility and the level of coverage before making an appointment. An invoice will be issued for you to submit the claim after each consultation.
